4th week at Intel (Friday)

Today "eating snake" for whole day...i facebooking,youtube+ing,and blogging...do nothing for whole day...oni "attended" online training in my own cubicle for 40 minutes...means today oni contribute 40 mins for my company...lolz...i think i should change my nick name d...i should be named 'King Cobra'...

1130am: went queensbay for lunch wf colleague at 'Johnny'...then walk around...until 230pm oni bck to Intel...then we went canteen to claim our lunch subsidy RM2...i claimed 'Morigold Peer Fresh...after drank it oni bck office...whn reach my cubicle and on my PC...OMG! i realized tat almost 3pm...i took 3 n half hours for lunch...lolz...not oni these...1 of my colleague ask me whether wan to leave early,around 430pm...i would feel "SHY" if i reject him...so i followed wat he asked lo...u see...hw obidient am i...LMAO...(normally friday intellier wil leave office earlier, not oni me)

330pm: i immediately bck my hostel to pack my thing...thn bck Intel again...whn reach Intel it was around 405pm...waiting to bck my lovely hometown , ''ASS PEE"...lolz...

Tats y i owaz claimed tat i enjoy my internship at Intel...summore gt a lot of pretty girl...especially in Finance Department...lolz...today really felt happy...cz tonite cn hv dinner wf my papa n mama...

okay...tats all to be shared today...

4th week at INTEL.

Almost 1 month at intel for my internship...after cny,jobs assigned to me bcm more n more...tats y i dun update my blog 4 2 weeks..so tonite i grad this free time to update my blog...(oni bck from dinner wf bro Brendan,act he gt alot of activities,but i dun follow him)...
act i gt nthg special to share...lolz...but i try to write smthg out wat crosses my mind in "ENGLISH"...
ya...my eng is nt tat good...cnt speak fluent eng...this bcm a problem for me to communicate wf my superior...my project partner is a Filipino...my manager is Indian...and my controller is American...
all of them cn speak fluent eng...but i cnt...language bcm d main prob whn communicate wf thm...so i thk i hv to read, listen and speak eng often...(hopefully u all understand wat im writing about)...

today,2 march 2010,i attended a meeting,is Toastmaster Meeting,organized by Intel Toastmasters Club.the main objective of this meeting is to train Intellier's communication skill,eg: speech,or ways to motivate subordinates...i tk part as volunteer...(cz im not invited,but its open for all Intelliers)...

1st agenda of this meeting was welcome speech from president.next was sharing session.during sharing session,topic was "wat i want to do in 2010"...some said wan to marry,some said wan to settle housing loan,change a new car,vacation in overseas,so on...mine 1 a bit dull,"i wan to put more efforts to improve my english in this year,tats y im here"...after i spoke out this sentence,other attendees gv me a loud applause,i was shocked...but a bit happy...cz i noe at least somebody is support me...^_^

In that meeting, thr 2 assignment speakers,they presented their project they hv done individually.after their presentation,thr was a session called 'Table Topic Session".in this session,attendees were selected randomly to give a speech or talk on specific topic which given on the time u walk to stage...n give the speech on the spot...about 20 ppl attended,oni 6 r selected on this session...unfortunately im selected in this session...but some said tat those who lucky oni will be selected...lolz...bt i thk im d unlucky 1...
im the 3rd to gv speech...1st n 2nd cn gv a spontaneous speech,at least they cn say smthg...
the topic they threw to me sounds this:

"Is the economic development of developing countries more important than protecting the environment? Why?"

i was stunned whn i heard this topic...i cnt even say a sentence...maybe im nervous...but this should not be the reason anymore,i thk...cz i wil graduate n step into working life vr soon...nervous should not be the reason y i cnt speak infront of ppl...

i said"no,because thr is d oni planet cn b lived,that is earth..."
after this sentence, my mind went blank...i cnt continue anymore...i stand thr for at least 20 seconds...nthg cm out...again, all attendees gv me a big hands...this time i felt embarrassing...i thk this is d most embarrassing moment at Intel...i realize i cnt gv speech spontaneously...i dun own this ability...
whn i bck to my seat..1 of the attendees said "good try"...i noe tat was consolation,not praise...i jz smile...

anyway, i dun felt sad bcz of dis... i take it as lesson...i tell myself: "no nxt time!"...i believe i cn gv a speech on the spot nxt time...(hopefully...)

Internship at INTEL (4th Day)

Its so fast!!! Today is d 4th internship at INTEL

Everything goes smoothly...

smthng interesting is..i receive another any pao from senior manager...RM 10...siok!...

10am i attended a meeting,conducted by an american controller,Dave.
He is kind and humble,posing two Controller position: Financial controller and Engineering Controller,im his FAN in my department(operation finance).he is oni 40y/o,and able to pose two high position in INTEL,AMAZED!!!(hope someday i wil same like him)lolz!

1pm-im so lucky today.i hv the chance to visit the production floor.Y im lucky?
Cz entrance of procuction floor r oni allowed to engineer and technician.Officer r restricted to enter into production line,unless gt approval from senior manager.
Bt as an intern,i was approved by my senior manager to enter into prod floor,effective from today until end of my internship.
i learnt alot in prod line.
start from nxt week, i wil coduct my curvey in prod floor and my pc wil be arrived by nxt wk friday.yeepy!^_^

3pm-i attended another meeting.dicussed about cost saving...i learnt alot as well...


Actually, tml i wil start on leave until nxt friday for cny celebration....mayb i wil extend my leave until 22jan...lolz...lazy to work during cny...
so u all cn call me yam cha during cny...those already married dun 4gt to gv me ang pao ya!!!haha...

i thk i wil nt update my blog unitl 22jan...erm...tats all from me...

Internship at my dream-company, INTEL

Today is the 3rd day of my internship in INTEL.Everything goes well as last 2 days.

Yesterday i hv assigned a project,Tools Utilisation Concepts,its related to management accounting.Its challenging!!! Since im new intern, i hv to wait for 1 week for my pc. bcz of no pc,i cnt start my project...haiz...anyway i hv drawn out the plan hw to conduct my research in production floor.Once my pc cm, i cn start my project. Excited!!!

Let me share something interesting wf u all.
The 1st day whn i cm to INTEL, i was stunned by their canteen.it looked like a restaurant!!!with nice food and reasonable price! and smthg interesting is,all beverages r FOC.soft drinks like Coke, 100 plus, so on and coffee, white coffee,milo...all r FOC.

Besides, INTEL oso subsidize RM2 for lunchfor every INTELlier.i oni hv to spend few ringgits for my lunch.save alot of money if compared to hv my lunch outside.

The 1st day whn i join INTEL, im ordered to attend a team meeting. during the meeting, im asked to introduce myself by my controller, an American.im so nervous cz that was the 1st time i speak english infront of white ppl.lolz.anyway im SUCCESSFULLY introdue myself in front of white ppl with ANG MO (english)lolz!!!

After meeting, we eat LOU SHANG(捞生）at meeting room.every officer goreng tat lou shang 'madly' with chopstick(tat american controller oso noe hw to use chopsticks)LOLZ!!!

After loushang, we r provided a free lunch (fried rice with drumstick) and drinks( Marigold fruit juice) in FOC!!!

Bcz of 1st day,i dun assigned any task.i free for whole day.i think i hv gone to canteen for at least 5 times to drink coffee.actually i was tired, cz few days before i start internshiop i dint sleep well...my b bcz of im too excited to join INTEL!lolz!


2nd Day,im assigned a project.not bored anymore.i start to study and plan for my survey to be conducted.everything goes smoothly.

BUT, at afternoon, i was treated a big LEMON.actually i was extremely sad,but i hv gracefully accept 'your' decision made.u hv minimize the SOUR of the LEMON.erm... i dun wan to further on this issue anymore,since i dun wan to share smthg unhappy wf you all.haha!!!

so i left office earlier,510pm i left my office.i bck hostel,tk bath, and tk a nap until 8pm.even though i tried slept till so late,but i cn stil feel the sour of the LEMON.lolz!ok,enuf!lolz!

3rd day(today).
last nite dint slept well...i hope i cn gt my own pc earlier and start my project.d SOUR will b forgotten if i start my project,may b...hopefully...

原因莫过于：
1）我帮了你‘不信任的人’说话，而不站在你那方。
2）我站的这一方也就是你所谓的‘明明就是错的’。

我让你失望了。。。我相信你家人也一样对我失望了。。。

其实你也别怪我这么做。。。
你指正他错的证据我起初能接受。。。我还相信你呢！
但，我去问那所谓的‘AH先生’时。。。
经过思考，我发现证据有出入。。。

疑点就在：
1）AH先生没指出他的名。
2）‘矮矮，黑黑’的人很多。
3）你所谓的案发地点，就在‘真正的案发地点’很靠近。

这三个疑点。。。我真的帮不了你。。。

我是站在证据的立场说话。。。没有偏袒任何人。。。
你要怪我也没办法。。。

你一向是我学习的对象。在课业学不到的，你教会了我。尤其是你的财经理念和投资概念，我想我读到博士也学不到。。。

而，我小时，他是照顾过我的人。。。我有恩于他。。。
